If your toddler can walk, they can tumble!

Parents MUST accompany their child in this class. During this session, children will  learn to move on various apparatuses (bar, beam, floor, vault). In this class, we'll focus on the foundations of gymnastics skills:

jumps, swings, landings, balancing, and fine motor skills. Our goal is to get toddlers comfortable and confident moving in their bodies and to have FUN doing it!

Little athletes.

No matter your skill level, we know it’s important to start with the basics and build on tricks in a way that is safe and fun! Our coaches will work with each athlete to help them learn new skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, swings, basic vaults and balances! Our coaches will guide them to keep them engaged and learning in each of the events (bars, beam, floor, vault, etc).

This class is for pre teens interested in learning the fundamentals of artistic gymnastics.

Similar to our Little Tumblers, this class will focus on foundational gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, swings, and balances. With this older group, our coaches will focus more on technique and continue developing skills to more advanced levels in each event (bars, beam, floor, vault, etc).

Get active and get moving in our fun adult/teen classes! This is an open gym class where everyone is welcome to come and play. Although this is not a coached class, there will be someone on site to assist you if you need or to help you if you have questions or want to develop a certain skill. A portion of the class is for group conditioning and strength training and of course play time on the events!

Fees for this class include a Gymnastics BC fee. Donations to the Club are welcome!
